Not all of us are super confident when wearing just a bikini on the beach, so I wanted to share with you my top 7 tips for beach confidence.

1. Wear halterneck bikinis, which allow you to alter your cleavage and also make shoulders and arms look sexy.
2. Wear liquid or gel filled swimwear, which creates a fuller shape and pushes the natural breasts together for an enhanced cleavage.
3. Steer clear of foam-padded bikinis as these absorb water and act like soggy sponges for the rest of the day. Gel or liquid filling does not absorb water so they are best too for comfort factor!
4. Wear a hi-cut brief if you are bigger on the bottom than the top as this will give the appearance of longer legs and a more svelte shape.
5. Choose a bikini with detailing on the cup, such as the ruffles as this adds fullness to your cleavage.
6. Tie back and neck gives you heaps more flexibility when getting swimwear to it and also allows you to increase your cleavage. Tie tighter around the neck and lift breasts out of the cup. This allows gel to settle under the breast and creates maximum cleavage.
7. Before going on holiday, try a moisturiser with fake tan to make your skin look sun kissed. Glowing skin makes any bikini look gorgeous and gives you extra confidence when you first step out on the beach!
