The prospect of a bra fitting can seem quite daunting at first, but there are a few simple tests that can help you determine whether you are wearing the correct size bra!  Let’s start with the back of your bra. You should always aim to start wearing a new bra on its loosest hooks as over time your bra will stretch a little and you then have the advantage of tightening the back, thus making it last longer! The back of your bra should sit level just below your shoulder blades. If it is riding up, this is a sign that you are wearing a back size too big. If however, you feel it digs in and you are left with red marks, you are wearing a back size too small. If you are going down a back size, you will then need to go up a cup size to accommodate, e.g if you are wearing a bra size 34A and it is too loose in the back then we would recommend trying a 32B.
